Traditional Midwifery Services

Traditional midwifery is historically holistic, woman & family centered and completely autonomous. Services included in this package:

A full schedule of prenatal visits offered.
Labwork, ultrasound and screenings for GBS and glucose offered.
Attendance of the birth + newborn exam.
Postpartum visits at 2 days, 2 weeks and 6 weeks.

Virtual Midwifery Services

For those seeking care but out of Beloved Roots Birth radius, or simply wanting access to consultation throughout pregnancy.

Co-Care Services

A collaborative approach in which we work alongside other providers to support client choice and continuity of care.

This may include prenatal care with us for

a planned hospital birth (whether by choice

or medical necessity), or midwifery

support during labor and birth for clients receiving OB care throughout pregnancy.

Co-care is highly individualized to each

woman's need.

Birth Doula Packages

For those seeking spiritual, emotional, informational and physical support during their pregnancy and birth.

Midwife

The Hebrew word for this birth companion is "Yalad". A word meaning: "to travail, to assist, attend, to help
